Paul Frere was a Belgian former Formula One driver who last drove for Ferrari in 1956.
He was born on January 30th 1917 in Le Havre, France and passed away on February 23rd 2008 at the age of 91. He made his Grand Prix debut in a HWM-Alta during the 1952 Grand Prix of Belgium. Frere was active for 5 consecutive seasons between 1952 and 1956. In that period he scored 11 points in 10 races. During his career Frere wasn't able to win a race but finished 1 time on the podium. His last race was the the 1956 Grand Prix of Belgium.
