Ron Flockhart was a British former Formula 1 driver who last drove for Cooper-Climax in 1960.
He was born on June 16th 1923 in Edinburgh and passed away on April 12th 1962 at the age of 38. He made his Grand Prix debut in a BRM during the 1956 Grand Prix of Great Britain. Flockhart was active for 5 consecutive seasons between 1956 and 1960. In those years he scored 5 points in 12 races. During his career Flockhart wasn't able to win a race but finished 1 time on the podium. His last race was the the 1960 Grand Prix of United States.
