Chris Amon is a Kiwi former Formula One driver who last drove for Ensign-Ford in 1976.
He was born on July 20th 1943 in Bulls. He made his Grand Prix debut in a Lola-Climax during the 1963 Grand Prix of Belgium. Amon was active for 14 consecutive seasons between 1963 and 1976. In those years he scored 83 points in 98 races. During his career Amon wasn't able to win a race but finished 11 times on the podium. His last race was the the 1976 Grand Prix of Germany.
